I personally find that a little misleading/I don't agree. 'In the same time it takes to build a starter house, you could have the basics of a fully-functioning world ready to start playing.' A whole lot of video only for it to still be confusing.) It covers much more than other tutorials and is easy to follow.īut the tutorial didn't mention routing or how to export the world, 2 really important (and sometimes finicky) things. The linked video is better than any CAW tutorial video I think I've seen so far and that's great! (I really liked 'I had to watch 20 mins of a James Turner video just to figure out how to connect intersections-I was so overwhelmed' because no shade to James Turner I guess, but I felt similarly about those and other CAW tutorial videos. We don't get nearly enough create-a-world content in this sub, imo. Anyone can get the hang of it! You can be so creative with the tool and it's really cool to play-test your own world and see your ideas come to fruition.
I don't want to call it difficult, because I don't want to discourage anyone from trying out CAW.
